factory outlet shopping. Sample our New England cooking at the many
fine restaurants in town, or prepare your own barbecue feast on our
lakefront
campsites, where campers have enjoyed COVE CAMPING for over 50 years.
COVE offers you more. We are closer to all attractions, so you can save
gas. Our lake boasts excellent bass fishing. The area has one of the
best systems of hiking trails in the United States. Hear the cry of the
loon as
you sit by the lake reading a good book on a breezy afternoon, or as
you sleep under the stars in a quiet peaceful campground setting. Bring
your
camera to capture our covered bridges, fall foliage and wonderful
wildlife. Get back to Nature!
COVE CAMPING AREA is a wooded campground
located on the shore of a
peaceful mountain lake. We have over 1900 feet of lake frontage with a
shallow sandy beach, well spaced wooded campsites, with hookups. For
your convenience, you will find a variety store (ice,wood, etc.)
laundromat,
library, picnic tables, fireplace, free hot showers, clean flush
toilets and a sanitary service station. COVE has a large sheltered
picnic pavilion which
is available for sing alongs or family get-togethers.
